FAQ

Frequently asked questions about billing, privacy, and WebMCP.

1. Why does Creem appear on my bank statement instead of Conscriba?

Creem is our official commercial partner, the so-called Merchant of Record. It handles the payment process, tax settlements (VAT/Sales Tax), and invoicing across more than 100 global markets. This allows us to focus on providing the best WebMCP technology while Creem ensures the security and compliance of your transaction with local laws.

2. Can I get a refund after purchasing a subscription?

According to our Terms and Conditions, all payments are final and non-refundable. This is because you receive access to full analytics, A/B tests, and the WebMCP generator immediately after paying for the plan. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be collected.

3. Is monitoring AI Agents GDPR compliant?

Yes. Our technology was designed using the Privacy-by-Design model. We only monitor the activity of bots and automated systems (e.g., GPTBot, Googlebot), and this data is technical and machine-oriented in nature. We do not collect or process personal data of human visitors to your site, which makes Conscriba analytics secure and compliant with European and American privacy standards, including ISO 27001.

4. What happens if I exceed the crawling limit in my plan?

If your daily or monthly limit is exhausted, the system will pause the aggregation of new data about tools until the limit is renewed or you upgrade to a higher plan. However, the WebMCP interface for your AI Agents will still be available in a version based on the last successful crawl to ensure the continuity of your site's visibility.

5. How can I cancel my subscription?

You can do this yourself in the user panel under the Billing > Subscriptionsection. Simply click the Cancel Subscription button. We do not require sending emails or filling out complicated forms. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.

6. Can the Conscriba snippet read data from my forms (e.g., login credentials)?

Absolutely not. Our code has built-in technological blocks that prevent access to <input> , <textarea> fields, or other forms. Conscriba analyzes the site structure for AI accessibility but has no technical capability to read private data entered by your users.

7. What is the Zero-Storage policy regarding humans?

We apply a restrictive approach to privacy: IP addresses of natural persons are processed exclusively in random-access memory (RAM) to filter out bot traffic. This data is never saved to a hard drive and is immediately erased, eliminating the risk of leaks or misuse.

8. Will the Conscriba snippet slow down my website (Core Web Vitals)?

No. Our snippet is loaded asynchronously and has a minimal size (under 5 KB), meaning it does not block page rendering and does not negatively affect your results in Google PageSpeed Insights or Core Web Vitals metrics. The architecture based on Edge Computing ensures that the bot filtering process happens almost instantaneously.

9. How does WebMCP differ from a standard API protocol?

WebMCP (Model Context Protocol for Web) is a modern standard that allows AI Agents such as Claude or GPT to understand the context of your site in a structured way, rather than just through raw HTML code. Thanks to this, bots do not have to guess the content. They receive a ready-made tooling interface, which drastically increases the chance that the AI will recommend your services to end users.

10. Can I control which data is exposed to AI Agents?

Yes. In the user panel, you have full control over the scope of data shared via WebMCP. You can decide which sections of your site should be visible to bots as tools and which should remain private, allowing for precise visibility management within the AI ecosystem.

11. Does Conscriba analytics replace Google Analytics?

No. Conscriba is a complementary tool. Google Analytics focuses on human behavior, while Conscriba provides unique data on Machine Traffic. It helps you learn how often your site is read by Large Language Models (LLMs) and what specific queries bots are directing to your infrastructure, which is crucial for an AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategy.

12. Do I need to install the snippet on every subpage?

We recommend installing the snippet in the <head> section of your site's main template. This allows the system to monitor AI Agent activity across the entire site and provide you with a complete picture of how your brand is being indexed by artificial intelligence.
