1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Conscriba ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and account holders.

2. Description of service

Conscriba is a web analytics platform that allows website owners to track and analyse how AI agents and tools interact with their sites. The Service includes a JavaScript tracking snippet, a dashboard for viewing analytics data, A/B testing capabilities, and AI Agent behaviour reports, depending on your subscription plan.

3. Account registration

To use the Service you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Collect analytics data from websites you do not own or do not have permission to track.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Subscription and payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. The following plans are available:

• Free - limited to a defined number of tracked websites; no payment required.
• Pro - monthly subscription at the rate published on the Pricing page; includes additional websites, full analytics, A/B testing, and AI Agent behaviour reports.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service - including software, design, trademarks, and documentation - remain the exclusive property of Conscriba. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of all analytics data collected from your own websites. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Conscriba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the Profile page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may also suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. Account deletion results in permanent removal of all your data within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a prominent notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
